What is required from me for closing?
Our focus is making the process of selling your home as easy as possible. Our title company will require some basic information to prepare the closing documents. They will be in touch with you throughout the escrow period.
We expedite the closing process as soon as the contract is signed. On average it takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish. However, if you need to close sooner we can facilitate 1 week closings.

What if I still have a mortgage on my property?
This is common, and pretty simple. Our title company will send you an authorization form to obtain the final payoff from the mortgage company. This balance will be collected on the settlement statement and the mortgage will be paid off at closing.
On the day of closing you will receive your funds by either wire transfer, certified funds or bank check.
You can have the closing documents sent to you by overnight express delivery or you can close at the title company’s office.
Yes, we deal with this all the time and work closely with many banks. We use an attorney owned and operated title company specifically for these cases. Our team takes the initiative of contacting the lender and obtaining the final payoff, from there we accelerate and rush the closing.
This is not a problem for us, just let the agent know during your call and we will make a note of this. We have an entire property management team that handles these types of situations. We can close with occupants inside not paying or behind on rent.
